Presentation Abstract: ERP and CRM go hand in hand, both systems are used to increase your company's efficiency, and therefore, its profitability. With ERP's focus on the business, and CRM's focus on the customer, there's a gap that needs to be bridged if your business wants to get the most out of either system.

With the increasing influence of the consumer and social media in business, the gap is widening. If you don’t bridge the gap, your competitors will. Every day, businesses are challenged by the importance of including Social Media, going mobile and protecting data - affecting your business processes, time management and effectiveness.
